What we take care of
What’s Included in Website Maintenance
Essential Care covers routine updates and basic monthly checks. Growth Care adds minor content edits, basic performance and broken-link checks, and priority scheduling. Services depend on your platform and setup.

Monthly updates to applicable software, themes, and plugins where supported, with appropriate precautions and compatibility considerations.

Backup Checks
Check that an appropriate backup system is configured and report obvious issues. Daily backups, off-site storage, and guaranteed recovery are not included.

Basic Website Health Check
A basic monthly review of website accessibility, visible functionality, and obvious technical issues. This is not continuous monitoring or a full technical audit.

Performance & Link Checks
Growth Care includes a basic monthly review of obvious performance concerns and broken links. Advanced optimization, specific speed scores, extensive link repair, and technical SEO are not included.

A basic contact form test to identify obvious submission or delivery problems. Complex email delivery troubleshooting is not automatically included.

What types of websites do you maintain?
We provide maintenance for websites built by Trigden Studio and qualifying existing websites. Support depends on the platform, hosting environment, and technical setup. We regularly work with WordPress, and other platforms are reviewed individually before acceptance.
What counts as a minor content edit?
Growth Care includes up to 30 minutes per month for changes to existing text, images, contact details, buttons, links, or comparable small updates. Unused time does not roll over. New pages, redesigns, advanced development, new integrations, and major layout changes are quoted separately.
Are hosting, domain renewals, and licenses included?
No. Hosting, domain renewals, and premium licenses are billed separately from monthly maintenance.
What happens if my website needs additional work?
I’ll review the issue and confirm any additional scope and cost before work begins. Major repairs, complex email delivery troubleshooting, and additional development are not automatically included. Growth Care requests receive scheduling priority over standard nonurgent requests; there is no guaranteed 24-hour response or resolution time.
